On an autumn evening in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the life of 37-year-old Pedro Flores Jr. was tragically cut short. On Friday, October 28, 2016, at approximately 8:06 PM, officers from the Lancaster Bureau of Police were dispatched to the 100 block of East Clay Street following a report of a person down due to an unknown medical emergency. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male city resident, later identified as Pedro Flores Jr., suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
