Jabree Hines, an 18-year-old male from Pittsburgh, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2016, in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot near Sto-Rox High School in what was described as a drive-by shooting. The incident also resulted in injuries to a 7-year-old girl who was in a passing vehicle at the time.
