Ronald Raymar Carter, a 29-year-old man from McKeesport, PA, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2016. He was fatally shot multiple times in the 1300 block of Maple Street in McKeesport. Witnesses reported that Carter and Derrick Means, 22, were arguing about money before the shooting occurred. According to the witnesses, Means pulled out a gun and shot Carter after the argument escalated.
