In the summer of 2016, the life of 38-year-old James Allen Nickol came to a tragic and violent end in York, Pennsylvania. On the morning of Thursday, June 9, 2016, law enforcement descended upon a residence on the 900 block of East Philadelphia Street to serve a warrant.
