On September 16, 2015, at approximately 1 a.m., 31-year-old Kevin Morgan, a Black male from Pittsburgh's Hill District, was fatally shot while sitting on the porch of a residence in the 3300 block of Webster Avenue. Upon arrival, police found Morgan unconscious and in cardiac arrest; he was promptly transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:40 a.m.
