Nuria Kudlach, a 51-year-old woman of Spanish and Portuguese descent, tragically died on August 30, 2015, in State College, Pennsylvania. She was born on March 11, 1964, and was the daughter of Kenneth and Meftuha Adyar Hawkins. Nuria grew up in Spain and Portugal until her father retired from the United States Army, after which the family moved to Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
