Barbara Schrum, a 55-year-old woman from Dover, PA, tragically lost her life on May 29, 2015, in Warrington Township, PA. She was one of three victims in an apparent murder-suicide incident that occurred at a residence on the 1600 block of Lisburn Road. The other victims were Laurie Kepner, 54, and Martin Kepner, 60. The incident stemmed from a domestic dispute, and Martin Kepner was identified as the perpetrator who shot both women before taking his own life.
