On a winter afternoon in Pittsburgh, the life of 26-year-old Lamunte Hall was brought to a violent end. On December 1, 2014, in the city's Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood, Hall was discovered inside a parked vehicle on Manning Street, having been fatally shot.
