Mariah Jai Anderson, a 22-year-old woman from New Castle, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on November 17, 2013. Mariah was a mother of three young children and worked at the Union Township Walmart. On the evening of her death, she was leaving work when she was shot multiple times by Carlos Harper, the father of her children. Mariah had recently ended her relationship with Harper and had filed a protection-from-abuse order against him.
