Eddie Lockhart, a 39-year-old barber from Newark, Delaware, was found dead in a vacant lot in Chester, Pennsylvania, on December 16, 2011. Lockhart, who was born on October 4, 1972, on the island of St. Croix, USVI, was the owner of Justyce Barber Shop in Wilmington. He was last seen leaving his barber shop on December 14, 2011, saying he was heading to Philadelphia. His body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, and the medical examiner ruled his death a homicide.
