On a summer day in 2005, the life of 18-year-old Bilal Lavender was tragically cut short in Chester, Pennsylvania. The young man was killed by gunfire on July 30, 2005.
Subsequent investigation by law enforcement led to the identification of a suspect. Durrell T.
