Jamar Prattis, a 21-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on June 29, 1995. The circumstances surrounding his death were investigated thoroughly, leading to the arrest and conviction of Robert Theodore Wilson. Wilson was found guilty of first-degree murder and criminal conspiracy in connection with Prattis's shooting death. On April 22, 1996, Wilson was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
