In the early morning hours of June 25, 2022, a sense of weary anticipation hung in the air at the Nashville Greyhound bus terminal. For 23-year-old Jami Jamar Bell, a young father and fiancé from Nashville, the stop was a pivotal point on his journey to visit his daughter.
