Alfred Clarence Pitmon, Sr., a 48-year-old African American man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically passed away on October 25, 2021. He was born on August 18, 1973, and received a GED during his lifetime. His death was initially reported as a result of a medical-related incident.
