D'Marquis Bell, a 25-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2021. He was shot outside Bayberry Apartments in the 1100 block of Arlington Avenue. The incident occurred early in the morning, and despite being rushed to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS, Bell succumbed to his injuries.
