Keniqua Hughes, a 21-year-old African American woman from Chattanooga, TN, tragically lost her life on September 25, 2021. She was a 2018 graduate of Howard High School and was self-employed as a hair braider at Pure Braids. Keniqua was known for her vibrant personality and was deeply loved by her family and friends.
