In the late hours of a Wednesday in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 21-year-old Christopher D. Davis was cut short in a burst of gunfire. The male victim was in a parking lot in the J.C. Napier Homes on Lafayette Street just after midnight on March 11, 2021, when the fatal encounter unfolded.
