Christopher Woodard, a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chattanooga, TN, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2017. He was found dead in a vehicle along with Jumoke Johnson, another victim, who was 23 years old. Both were shot and killed in the 2100 block of East 12th Street, and the vehicle they were in crashed near Willow Street. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m., and the victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
