In the autumn of 2015, the life of 19-year-old Sidney Maurice Jackson, an African American male, was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee. A graduate of Fulton High School in 2014, Jackson was remembered as a promising young man, a former MVP on the football field, and a student at Pellissippi State Community College with aspirations of earning a business and associates degree.
