James Junior "Jim" Hundley, a 78-year-old Caucasian male from Knoxville, Tennessee, was found dead on February 6, 2010, in a house he had been renovating. He was known as the "money man" for his rental properties, often carrying cash from tenants. His death was ruled a homicide, and police believe he was killed during a robbery.
