Ivan Rojas, a 29-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a convenience store located at 11575 Bissonnet Street. Alongside him, another victim, Anthony Palacios, aged 19, also succumbed to their injuries.
