Romaine Rodgers, a 23-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on the night of Friday, August 12, 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 5500 block of Etzel Avenue, located in the city's West End neighborhood.
