Monica Rubio, a 29-year-old woman from Lubbock, Texas, tragically died on March 3, 2022. She was known for her loving nature and dedication to her six children. Monica was shot in the 1900 block of 22nd Street in the Heart of Lubbock neighborhood. She was taken to Covenant Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
