Iram Alejandro Sanchez Velazquez, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead in Garland, Texas, on November 17, 2021. His body was discovered in a flipped Nissan Altima in the 1100 block of Rosewood Hills Drive. Garland Police and Fire responded to the scene at approximately 12:30 a.m. Upon removing his body from the vehicle, officers and paramedics observed that he had sustained gunshot wounds.
