On October 9, 2021, Samuel Williams, a 21-year-old black male, was found fatally shot inside his vehicle outside an apartment complex in the 4400 block of Woodhollow Drive in West Oak Cliff, Dallas. He was discovered at approximately 9:30 p.m. and pronounced dead at the scene after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. The Dallas Police Department responded to the incident and launched an investigation into the murder.
