Oscar Lavant Payton, a 56-year-old male from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2021. Payton was shot in the back of his head and his body was subsequently dragged out of a car and left on the side of a road in a desolate area of west Fort Worth. The incident was discovered when a passerby noticed the body and called 911.
