Jorge Luis Lerma, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2021. He was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on the East Side of San Antonio. According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner, Lerma died from a gunshot wound to the chest. His death was ruled a homicide.
