Imtiyazali Manasyia, a 54-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was found shot to death inside his car on January 14, 2021, in the 6000 block of Rookin Street in southwest Houston. He was last seen alive on January 13, 2021, when he left his family home in Sugar Land to run errands for their family business.
