Cardell Taylor, a 40-year-old male of Black ethnicity, was fatally shot on October 19, 2020, in Houston, TX. The incident occurred at around 4:45 p.m. at Taylor's residence on Phlox Street. Houston police responded to the scene and found Taylor with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
