On a tragic Wednesday night in Kansas City, 22-year-old Arthur W. Stafford Jr. was fatally wounded in a double shooting. The incident occurred on March 11, 2015, in the 3900 block of East 31st Street, near Mersington Avenue. Police were called to the scene around 9 p.m. where they found two victims.
