On the evening of January 30, 2015, police in St. Louis, Missouri, were dispatched to a scene in the 4100 block of Hull Place following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival at the intersection of Hull and Lee around 7:54 p.m., officers discovered a Pontiac Grand Prix parked near a vacant lot.
