In the early hours of a cold Saturday morning in Kansas City, Missouri, a violent encounter left one man dead and another seriously injured. The man who lost his life was identified as 26-year-old Brandon Moore. On December 27, 2014, Moore and another man, who was in his mid-20s, were driving near the 7200 block of East 87th Street when they were shot by an unknown assailant.
