Lachandra Renee Delce, a 25-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on July 12, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred early in the morning at the Lavera apartment complex in the Lake Highlands area. Officers responded to a shooting call around 5:30 a.m. and found Lachandra Renee Delce with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
