Osvaldo Chevy Renteria, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from Odessa, Texas, tragically died on May 16, 2020. Renteria was involved in a drug deal gone wrong when he was shot in the back by Desmond Tuggle, a 23-year-old man from Odessa.
