On April 8, 2020, 22-year-old Keshaun Anderson, a Black male from Henderson, Texas, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident at an apartment complex in the 1800 block of Elm Street. Anderson was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. Alongside him, 20-year-old Haley Johnson, also a Black female, was found dead at the scene. Both victims left behind two young daughters who were unharmed.
