Marcus Bert, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically found shot dead outside a west Houston home on March 5, 2020. Police were called to the apartment in the 12600 block of Ashford Meadow Drive around 12:20 a.m. after receiving a report of a shooting.
