Ernesto Salinas Jr., a 49-year-old man from Alice, Texas, tragically passed away on February 4, 2020, after being shot in the face during an altercation. The incident occurred on February 3, 2020, in the 1200 block of San Felipe Street in Alice. Salinas was transported to a hospital in Corpus Christi, where he was placed on life support before his family made the difficult decision to take him off life support.
