On June 13, 2012, 20-year-old Chastity Dollison was tragically killed in San Francisco, California, alongside her father, Allen Vance. The two were sitting in their car near Silver Avenue and Elmira Street when the vehicle ran out of gas. While they waited for assistance, an unknown assailant approached and opened fire on the car.
