David Daniel Young Jr., a 21-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on December 8, 2019, in DeSoto, Texas. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located in the 200 block of West Wintergreen Road. The DeSoto police received a call around 7:50 p.m. reporting a home invasion, with several unknown individuals allegedly rushing into the dwelling.
