Jacqueline-Rose Parguian Nicholas, a 32-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on July 29, 2019. Jacqueline-Rose, who was of Filipino descent, was found dead in Room 228 of Hotel ZaZa in Dallas. The incident occurred after a 911 call was made at 10:19 p.m. reporting a woman "possibly high on drugs inside a hotel room screaming". Despite the urgency of the situation, it took Dallas police officers more than an hour to respond, as they were occupied with higher priority calls.
