Arnoldo Moreno, a 26-year-old Hispanic male, tragically passed away on May 14, 2019, in Houston, TX. He was found dead next to a pickup truck at Keith-Weiss Park around 7:10 p.m. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound.
