On April 21, 2019, at approximately 10 p.m., Garland Police Department officers responded to a gunshot disturbance at a residence in the 5300 block of Sarasota Drive in Garland, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of James Crossnoe, a 33-year-old male, deceased inside his home with an apparent gunshot wound.
