Luis Alberto Rodriguez Tomayo, an 18-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2018, in Austin, Texas. He was fatally shot in the head while hanging out with friends at the Paris Hookah Lounge in North Austin. The incident occurred around 4:07 a.m. when multiple shots were fired from a passing vehicle, striking Rodriguez Tomayo and two other individuals. Despite being rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center, he was pronounced dead later that day.
