On July 7, 2018, Darryl Lynn Johnson, a 34-year-old African American male from Fort Worth, Texas, was tragically shot and killed. Known by the nickname "Solo," his body was discovered around midnight on Sheridan Road on the southwest side of Fort Worth. Born on June 21, 1984, to Darrell Lynn Johnson and Cheryl Denise Johnson, Darryl was a devoted father to two young daughters.
Following the incident, the Fort Worth Police Department initiated an investigation into Darryl Johnson's death.
