Layla Ann Ramos, a 14-year-old girl from Humble, Texas, tragically died on July 20, 2017. She was found shot inside the home of Anthony Valle, a 43-year-old homeowner. Valle initially claimed that he shot an unknown intruder, but investigations revealed inconsistencies in his story. Layla was a troubled teen who often spent time at Valle's home and had a complicated relationship with him, which included allegations of drug use and possible sexual misconduct.
