David Trejo-Gonzalez, a 42-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on September 21, 2016, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the parking lot of his apartment complex located in the 100 block of East Crosstimbers. According to court records, Trejo-Gonzalez was walking in the parking lot when he was approached by a man who demanded money. During the course of the robbery, Trejo-Gonzalez was shot once in the chest, leading to his death at the scene.
