Steven James Coutee, a 48-year-old man from Vidor, Texas, passed away on October 29, 2015. He was known as a country boy who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he was remembered for his big-hearted nature and willingness to help others. Steven was survived by his wife Theresa Scott, his children Blake Coutee, Megan Martinez, Jessi Elliott, Gwendolyn Scott, and Kenneth Scott, as well as his grandchildren and numerous other family members.
