Brian Medrano Quintero, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot during a robbery at the Madison Park apartments located at 9801 Meadowglen. Medrano was found lying in a grassy area near the apartment complex and was pronounced dead at the scene.
