Stephanie Pena, a 20-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically found dead on May 28, 2015, in the parking lot of a CVS store in Cinco Ranch, Texas. She was discovered slumped over the steering wheel of her Lexus with a gunshot wound to her head. The case quickly drew attention due to the young age of the victim and the violent nature of her death.
