Charles Wayne "Dog" Russell, a 46-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Tyler, Texas, was one of nine men killed during a violent shootout between rival motorcycle clubs and police at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, on May 17, 2015. The incident, which has been described as one of the worst eruptions of biker-gang violence in U.S. history, resulted in the deaths of nine bikers and injuries to 18 others.
